Log:
To: John
Alspaugh, AVJ
From: B. Treadwell, Assist. Project Manager for the Plum River Center
Date & Time: 26
September 2001; 9:20 am
Subject: Plum
River Conference Center drawing problems.
1.
Greeting:
Did you see the front page of the Westwood News this morning?
Good publicity for the project.
2.
Problems:
2.1. Drawings: Liz
Beauchamp received old drawings (labeled 10 Sept.) that were problematic:
--fire corridor
not outlined
--outline circles are not clear
--fire stairwell
missing
--no match
lines
--tenant use change (from retail shop to restaurant in the
N.E. Wing) obscured
& unreadable
--muddy, sepia copies
2.2. Delivery:
--I
received a copy yesterday afternoon via COD.
--I should get a copy
before clients or City Commissioners.
3.
Fixes:
3.1. Send up-to-date,
corrected, and legible copies of the drawings to me by early
afternoon today.
3.2. Pending
approval, be prepared to send an identical copy to
Liz by courier to reach her today.
4.
Close:
4.1. We want more of the kind of good publicity that is in today's paper.
4.2. We do not want to be embarrassed by delays caused by nonprofessional inattention to detail.
4.3. Whatever I can do to help.
